
EnviroCap's management team has processed over $500 million
in environmental fundings for site owners and environmental consultants,
and has over 50 years direct industry experience.
Mr. Robert Beard, President
Mr. Beard is the President of EnviroCap, LLC. A certified public
accountant, he was formerly a partner in the Tampa CPA firm of Beard &
Kingery, P.A. (" B&K "). Mr. Beard was responsible for B&K's
environmental practice that processed and reviewed over $80 million in
environmental fundings for institutional and private investors. Mr. Beard
was previously an audit manager with Deloitte & Touche, and was a
designated industry specialist in the banking, savings & loan and
mortgage banking industries.
Ms. Barbara Dunn, Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Dunn is responsible for all EnviroCap's day-to-day funding
operations. Ms. Dunn has over 11 years experience with petroleum cleanup
state trust funds across the United States as the former Reimbursement
Department Manager of Fluor Daniel GTI (later purchased by IT Corporation).
Ms. Dunn was responsible for preparing over $200 million in trust fund
claims on behalf of Fluor Daniel GTI's 60 offices nationwide.
Mr. Barry A. Reda, VP of Technical Review
Mr. Reda is responsible for
evaluating the technical compliance with state standards/regulations on
all of the larger reimbursement and/or pre-approval claims submitted to
EnviroCap. In this capacity,
Mr. Reda currently monitors the regulatory and technical issues in over 20
states where EnviroCap conducts business. Mr. Reda has worked as a geologist
for 16 years in the environmental consulting field and has extensive
experience with petroleum assessment and remediation projects. Mr. Reda graduated from the
University of Akron (Ohio) in 1987 with a B.S. Degree in Geology. Mr. Reda later obtained a M.B.A.
Degree from the University of Akron/University of South Florida in
1994.
Ms. Ellen Daigle, Chief Credit Officer / Controller
Ms. Daigle is responsible for all credit, collection, and accounting functions.
In this capacity she is responsible for the completeness of all credit applications and due diligence
prior to contract approval and subsequently responsible for maintaining EnviroCap’s claim collection
and reporting system as well as obtaining quarterly financial statements and monthly compliance
affidavits from EnviroCap’s customers. Ellen is a certified public accountant and has over 30 years
experience in accounting, credit and general management functions.
